DESCRIEREA POSTULUI

RESPONSABILITĂȚI
– interacțiune permanentă cu partenerii de afaceri ai companiei;
– întocmirea lucrărilor în termenele stabilite de conducerea companiei;
– reprezentarea în fața OSIM/EUIPO/WIPO în procedurile specifice Legii Mărcilor;
– reprezentarea în fața instanțelor de judecată în litigiile specifice proprietății industriale;
– cunoașterea temeinică a legislației naționale și europene în domeniul proprietății industriale.

ABILITĂȚI ȘI CALIFICĂRI
– experiență de minim 3 ani în domeniul proprietății industriale (mărci, desene, brevete);
– studii juridice, de preferat urmate în cadrul unei facultăți de stat;
– excelente abilități de comunicare și cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel avansat;
– cunoștințe de operare PC (MS Office);
– abilități organizatorice și de stabilire a priorităților, capacitate de a lucra la mai multe proiecte concomitent, proactiv.
