ROLUL TĂU

CALIFICAREA NECESARĂ

– membru al Uniunii Naţionale a Barourilor din România.

– strong motivation, dedication and enthusiasm.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
– minimum 2-3 years experience in labor, corporate, real estate, environmental and/or energy and natural resources;
– proficiency in English legal communication;

– understanding of the business context of the relevant transactions;
– excellent drafting skills (including drafting due diligence reports, relevant contracts and memoranda).
